Using Contract Labor

If you are going to be billing their services as time (fees), set them up as a Timekeeper and a rate equivalent to what you want to bill the Client. When you create the Vendor record for the individual, make sure you choose 1099-MISC. Then, enter your vouchers and distribute them to a "Contract Labor" GL account.
