Time Entry Through iOrion Not Picking up New Rates

In order for your iOrion users to pick up the new rates, you will need to stop and re-start the Orion Application Server on the Orion server.  Access the Orion Server and go to Services.  Locate the Service named Orion Application Server, right click and choose Stop.  Once it has stopped, you can then re-start it (right click and choose Start)
