Voucher Description Not Carrying Over to Client Bill

There is a limit on the length of the description in LRMEXPS so we truncate it if longer than that when it comes from AP Manager.  Keep in mind, the description field in that data file, when it is created, includes it as Vendor Name - Account Code Description - dash description from voucher (as much as we can fit) (i.e. Vendor Name – Clerk of Court – Account Code Description – Filing Fee – Description from Voucher – As much of the added description as can fit in the allotted space).
