Voucher Contains Trust Disbursements that Exceed the Balance in the Matter's Account

If you are getting this pop up the first thing you should do is to go to Matter Status and check the trust balance for that matter.  If the trust balance is less than what you are trying to make a payment for it will not go through.  If the balance is more, check to make sure there is not already an unposted voucher that contains trust activity for this client-matter.

Go to AP Manager > Voucher Filter, and filter by no date range with incomplete and entered on the "View Vouchers" section.

If your voucher shows up, save and post it, and if it does not, contact Orion Support.
