If the trust balance is less than what you are trying to make a payment for it will not go through. If the balance is more, check to make sure there is not already an unposted voucher that contains trust activity for this client-matter.Go to AP Manager > Voucher Filter, and filter by no date range with incomplete and entered on the "View Vouchers" section.
