Unable to Print Invoices Due to Another User Invoicing

If, while attempting to print an invoice, you get a message that Orion cannot proceed because another User is generating invoices, double check to make sure no one else is printing bills.  If you are sure no one else is billing, go into the Billing Manager and choose TOOLS, Clear Generating Invoices Flag.  You will see the following message asking for confirmation:



If you are sure no one else is generating invoices, click OK.  You should then be able to print an actual invoice.
