User Unable to See a New Client or New Matter

Open the Orion Administration program and access System Information, then System Settings.  Once System Settings is open access the Other Tab. Click the FORCE CACHE TO EXPIRE Button and then close System Settings and Orion Admin.  Have the Users exit Orion and re-enter the program.  It will take a little longer for them to open Orion as local files are being rebuilt but after they reenter the program, they should see the new Client.
