The remote session was disconnected because the license store creation failed with access denied

This is ultimately caused by Windows Security.  Windows by default comes installed in a minimal mode, which only create registry key and system files if necessary.  The user is trying to launch a secure remote desktop session that requires a registry file which they do not have permissions to create.  To solve this issue, log in as the user as the administrator, and launch Remote Desktop Connection to any server.  This will create the necessary registry files.  You can then log back in as the user and launch the Orion remote app successfully.  You may also read more about this issue here, http://support.myvisionexpress.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/1035/154/error-the-remote-session-was-disconnected-because-the-license-store-creation-failed-with-access-denied
