Shortcuts to Modules Keep Disappearing On Sidebar

The sidebar settings are stored in the registry. Once they are added you shouldn't have to add again. Something must be clearing out those settings. For more information on this setting, search for article "Unable to open Orion 00000008".

Once those setting are erased it will load the default sidebar settings for that user so you need to make sure that the one they keep on having to add is in their groups default sidebar modules.
