Short-Cut Keys Not Working on new Workstation

The Orion shortcut keys are assigned to a User in User Setup.  Go to File Maintenance Manager and choose TOOLS, Manage Users.  Locate and open the record of the user in question and make sure their is a value in the User Keys field (typically says Default).  If not, choose one of the available values and then Save the User record.  You will need to have the User exit Orion and go back in for the change to take effect.  If after making this change (and the User has exited Orion and re-entered) the keys still do not work, you will need to check the documentation on your keyboard (likely cause is a toggle key somewhere - each model differs).
