Rate Code in Use Message

The system is returning this message because one of the fee entries in the system is using this particular Rate Code. The system will not let you a delete a Rate code that is in USE.  It is possible that the rate code was one that was created during the conversion process for the express purpose of the conversion and may not be going to be used going forward.   Even if you have changed the Rate Code Set on the client matters going forward, you will still get this particular message if there is still a WIP record out there in the system that has the code in it.
