Report on Email Bills

Click on the Email Bill Delivery icon.

Click on Email Filter.

Under Email Status choose Sent.

Pick the date range you want to display.

Click on Reports >  Summary.

Choose ALL to get a printout of all the records displayed.

Click Print.

 

Note that your screen may or may not be displaying the Sent On date. To add this field to the grid, simply right click, choose Select Fields, and drag and drop the field to the grid column heading.

Note that there is a difference between the Created On date and the Sent On date. The Sent on Date is when you click on the Send Email button in Orion to send the email via Outlook. The Created on date is the date that the email record is created on the Email Bill Delivery screen when the invoice is first printed. These dates may be different if you print it on one day and send it on another.
