Recurring Voucher for Varying Amounts

  • Updated April 14, 2025 17:43

The best way to handle this is to remove the checkmark from the “Include Amounts” option when setting up the Recurring transaction.  Although the voucher amount is not saved with a value of 0.00, the distribution lines are.  You may then edit the voucher amount and the value of the distribution lines when you create your recurring voucher each month.
