Records Showing Twice on Draft Invoice

If you have double checked all your cutoff dates and they look right and you really are displaying duplicate entries on the draft invoice, try the following:  Exit completely out of Orion and reenter it.

If the duplicate records persist in displaying on the draft invoice try these instructions: 

Exit Orion completely.

Click on the Orion Admin icon (if you do not have access to the Orion Administration program, you may need to contact your administrator), and click on System Information (on the left task bar) then System Settings. Click on the Other Tab and click on the Force Cache to Expire button.  Reopen Orion and check it. This will usually fix any issue of what "appears" to be duplicate records.
