Prebills not Printing

There could be several factors involved:

1. Check cut-off date for fees/expenses.

2. Check to be sure the matter has not been deferred from billing (“Select/Defer Matters” in Prebill criteria screen).

3. Check the Billing Cycle and fee arrangement section of the prebill criteria screen and make sure the matter is set up properly.
