Prebill Editing Limited to Description Field

If an User is only able to edit the Description field of a transaction through Bill Prep, the security settings are such that the User can access Bill Prep but has been limited to narrative edits only.  If you want the User to be able to make other changes, you will need to change the Security Settings (place the check mark on the Bill Prep - Narrative Only option under the None column).

NOTE: If this is the only User in this Security Group for whom you are allowing full access to Bill Prep, you may want to create a new Security Group for this User.  If you create this new Group, make sure you change the Security Group assignment for the User in question.
