Printing Prebill for Client-Matter with AR but No Other Activity

Typically, Prebills will print only if there is any activity on the Matter (Fee or Disbursement WIP, or uninvoiced accounting activity).  If you want to print a Prebill for a Matter where there is no activity, just AR, you must print the Prebill through the Create/Print Prebills process in the Prebill Manager.  From within that process, you have the option to tell Orion to “get” Matters where there is no activity, just AR. This option is not available when choosing to print a Prebill from within Matter Status (or by right clicking on a Prebill record in the Prebill Manager).
