Previous Balance Showing on Cover Sheet

  • Updated April 14, 2025 18:02

The Cover Sheet is Client driven, so it is designed to be run when you do the initial billing of the Client with all Matters, and it will summarize the Matters being included. While you may be reprinting one invoice, when you choose “Include Coversheet,” the system is looking at the Client. When you do your reprint of a single Invoice from inside Matter Status, do not select the option to include the Cover Sheet.
