The most valuable asset owned by most law firms is the data accumulated over the years of service to your clients. At Orion, we have developed the perfect solution to consistently provide you with access to your data in the format you need to make decisions. Since all Orion’s information is contained in a single database, it is easy to relate information across various modules.

 

With the release of Orion V4, enhanced reporting features offer improved formats with more customizable options which substantially increase a firm’s ability to better select, output and analyze data. Several inclusion and exclusion-type rules allow users to more easily filter certain data (Clients, Matters, Attorney Assignments, Types of Law, Practice Groups, etc.). After running a report, users can save their preferences, adding the reports to a list of “favorites” which can be collated and run at scheduled intervals as a batch. Reports can now also be exported, maintaining all formatting to PDF, RTF, CSV, HTML and ASCII Text while specific data elements can be selected and distributed to Microsoft Access and Excel, or presented graphically using Orion’s built-in features.
