Optimizing the Accounts Payable Manager

If AP Manager is taking a long time to load when you first open it, you can change your grid settings to optimize the load time.  Since the last Voucher Filter settings you used are saved, make sure you do not have a filter set for ALL voucher statuses and a blank date range.  The recommended filter setting is a blank date range for Entered and Incomplete Vouchers.

The other thing you can check are the fields that are displayed in the Vendors grid. For optimal load time, you should elect to display the Vendor Code and Vendor Name (or File As) fields.  Adding the address fields can significantly slow down load time, particularly if you have numerous vendor records.
