Orion EDI Billing - Unable to enter Insurance Case Data for Client-Matter

If you are unable to enter any Insurance Case Data for a Client-Matter (no fields display), the EDI Template design does not require you enter any Insurance Case Data or you have not linked an EDI template to the Client-Matter (not linking it would be the most likely reason).  To link an EDI Template to the Client-Matter, do the following:


1.  Go into File Maintenance Manager, locate and open the Matter record.

2.  Access the Bill Delivery Tab.

3.  Place a check mark next to the EDI Billing option and choose the appropriate EDI template.

4.  Save the Matter record.

5.  Go back into EDI Billing and try entering your Insurance Case Data.
