Multiple Codes for One Vendor

ORION gives you the ability to merge Vendors through Vendor Setup. To merge two Vendors, do the following:

1.  Call up the code for the Vendor you are merging into another (adding this Vendors information to another existing Vendor).  If you do not know the correct code, use the LOOK-UP Button to locate the correct Vendor record.

2.  Once the record is displayed, click on Tools > Merge Vendor.

3.  Enter the code for the Vendor you are merging into and click Merge. 

 NOTE: This process cannot be reversed.
