New Matter Added to System Not Showing on an User's Workstation

If the Matter has been added to the system within the last 10 to 15 days, have the User go into Orion Desktop and from the Menu bar at the top choose Tools, Check for New Contacts and Matters.  If the User is still unable to see the Matter, you will have to Force Cache to Expire through Orion Administration.
