Matter Intake Form still showing as “Completed - Ready for Final Intake”

If you are positive a Matter record has already been created in the system, right click on the Intake Form in Processes and choose the option “Set Status to Completed.” This will flag the Intake Form as completed, and it will no longer show as an open item.
