Matter Assigned EDI Template but EDI Module Says No Template Assigned

If the Matter record in File Maintenance indicates a template has been assigned, but EDI Billing is saying there is no template assigned, do the following:


1.  Open File Maintenance Manager, highlight the Client record and then open the Matter record in question.

2.  Access the Bill Delivery Tab and change the template assigned to the Matter to a different template and then save the Matter.

3.  Open the Matter record again, access the Bill Delivery Tab and change the template assigned to the correct template.
