Invoices for Clients that Require Cost Images

For firms that use Orion's AP Imaging Module, Orion provides a way to require Cost Images.  An example would be a scanned receipts pdf image needed for backup, such as a FedEX receipt for courier costs. These are stored along with the Invoice and may be reprinted at any time if needed along with the Invoices.

In order to tell which Invoices require Cost Images, on the Billing Manager Screen you may add the Cost Image Required field by right clicking on the Billing Manager screen and choosing Select Grid Fields. You may then drag the Cost Image Required field to the column heading.
