Increment Error Closing Down Orion - Status 84

Multiple people in the billing department were getting the error below.  Unable to Retrieve Object (TBOFFieldIncrement) LrmSys Unable to Aquire lock -  Status 84

 

 

At some point the system file that holds the next invoice number, apply number, etc got locked.  First, have everyone in the billing department exit the orion program and then have one person go back in and try.  If that does not work, have EVERYONE log out of the network and try again.  The most common reason for this error first thing in the morning is that the backup job failed to terminate and is holding the files in locked status.  Please check with your IT department to make sure a backup job is not stalled.
