iOrion Still Getting Max Date and Can't Enter in Time for New Year

If you've changed the dates in File Maintenance, Tools, Date Restrictions and iOrion will still not accept entries outside that date range, you will need to restart the Orion Application Server service on the Orion server.  That service reads the Fee Date Restrictions when it is initially started up.
