Invoice Styles Showing on Matters Where Client is set for Client Level Billing

"I have a Client set for Client Level Billing but some of the Matters of the Client are showing a Matter Level invoice style.  Will this cause any problems?"

What you are seeing is all right and will not cause any problems.  If a Client is set up and saved WITHOUT setting it up for Client Level Billing, an invoice style is assigned at the Matter level (required).  If you then change the Client to require Client Level Billing, the program DOES NOT strip out the invoice style originally assigned to the Matter since once it was set for Client Level Billing, we do not look at that field in the Matter.  If you add new Matters after the Client is set for Client Level Billing, we do not allow access to the Invoice Style field on the Matter.  This is why you see some Matters with an invoice style and some without the style.
