Getting iOrion Count Down Message

If the expiration date for iOrion is correct in Orion Administration under System Settings/ Firm Licenses tab for the Expires field, then you need to stop and restart the iOrion App Service in order for the date to be properly read by the end user's device. That should stop the messages. In some cases firms have this set up to stop and restart automatically and the message will be fixed the next day. If not, you will need to manually stop it and  restart it. Access the Orion Server and go to Services. Locate the service named Orion Application Serve highlight it and right click and choose stop. Once it has stopped, you can then highlight it and right click and choose start.

If the expire date is not correct in the first place, you will need to contact Orion in order to have it reset. The iOrion license is renewed on an annual basis by firms.
