Entering But Not Saving Attention To Field

Most likely you have the Client record set up with a "blank" attention line, and the User is adding a person's name to the attention line field when entering information on the Matter Intake Form and inadvertently putting the check box back on in the Use Client's address field. In that situation, the system will attempt to populate the address information with information from the Client record.  In this case, the attention line is blank, so the User seems to have entered the information for the attention line, and it is now blank when you look at the Client-Matter record in File Maintenance Manager. If you need unique attention lines on your Matters, you will need to uncheck the Use Client's Address option on the intake form when you complete it.
