Orion Law Management Orion Desktop Articles Billing Duplicate Records on Prebill Updated April 14, 2025 18:30 If you see the same record number twice listed on a Prebill check the following:Double check all your cutoff dates and that you really are displaying duplicate entries on the Prebill.Try the following: Exit completely out of Orion and reenter it. Go to Prebill Manager and delete the Prebill record and attempt to regenerate again and print it.If the duplicate records persist, try the below instructions: Exit Orion completely.Click on the OrionAdmin icon (if you do not have access to the Orion Administration program, you may need to contact your administrator to do it), and click on System Information (on the left task bar) then System Settings. Click on the Other Tab, and click on the Force Cache to Expire button. Reopen Orion and check it. This will usually fix any issue of what "appears" to be duplicate records.
