Duplicate Client Record

"We entered a Client twice in the system. Can we merge the Clients?"

You cannot merge the Client records, but you can merge the Matter records of the Client. To merge a Matter, open the Matter record you want to merge in File Maintenance Manager.

Choose TOOLS, Merge Matter.
Enter the Client Code and Matter Code of the Matter to which you are merging the Matter and click OK.

Once you have merged the Matter and there are no Matters on the Client, you may then delete the duplicate Client record.
