Fee Date Restrictions Not Working

There are two things that could be at play here:


1.  The Minimum/Maximum Date Restriction Settings (as entered through FM Manager, Tools, Date Restrictions) are read upon initial entry into Orion.  If Orion has not been closed and re-opened by the User(s) since you made the change, it is still working off the older dates.  Have your Users exit Orion and reenter the program.


2.  The Date Restrictions settings are only applicable to those Users set as Restricted Users.  To see if a User is set as Restricted, open the User record using FM Manager, TOOLS, Manage Users.  Once you have the record open, access the Administration Tab and check to see if there is a check mark next to the “Restricted” option.  If there is no check mark, the User is not subject to the date restrictions.  If you want to change this, you may do so.  However, the User(s) will have to exit and then re-enter Orion to read the new security setting.
