If so, you may get a message that indicates that you have too many concurrent users signed on to the database at any given time. There are two components to the Orion product - the Orion software you see and the Client/Server software (Pervasive SQL). The concurrent user error is returned by Pervasive. Your Pervasive license is separate from Timekeeper or Practice Management licenses and determines how many people can be connected to Orion at the same time. The firm purchased a license for a certain number of of concurrent users. You may need to have users exit Orion and attempt to go back in. Also, users should be reminded to sign off their Orion sessions at the end of the day.You may check your total license count under Pervasive Control Center /Tools / License Administrator. You will need your system password to do so. If the firm regularly is exceeding the total count, contact Orion for purchase of additional licenses. Was this article helpful? Yes/No
