Cut off Date In Prebill Manager

If you want the Prebills to match what the cutoff date should be on the Invoices, then yes you would need to regenerate them with the correct cutoff date.  You may edit the cutoff date in Bill Prep itself when working on one particular Client-Matter; however, that will not change the cutoff date "displayed" or used on your Prebill records.
