Client Cover Sheet not Coming Over in Email Bills

Go to File Maintenance Manager or File Maintenance Matter Manager. Find the Client or Matter for which it is not working.  Double click it and then go to the Bill Delivery Tab.  Note what email template it is using, and make sure a Cover Sheet has been assigned.

 

 

Go into Billing Manager > Tools > Email Templates.

Click on the Template found in the first step and click Edit.  Make sure Include Client Cover Sheet is checked.
