Orion Law Management Orion Desktop Articles Billing Changing Address on Invoice, Reminder, and Cover Styles Updated April 14, 2025 18:38 To update the address on your styles you need to figure out if the styles are pulling the address from Orion. To do this go to Billing Manager > Tools > Invoice Styler.IMPORTANT: Make a backup of the style and work from a test template. See the article "Making a Backup of a Reminder, Cover, or an Invoice Style."Click on the test template and then click on Edit. The template is open now. Click on the Invoice:Data Tab on the bottom. If you are editing Cover Styles the Tab will be called "Client Cover:Data" and on Reminder Styles it would be titled "Reminder:Unpaid Invoices."Find the address typically up near the top of the style and click on the box that it is in. If you see text in the top left (red square in screenshot), then it is just a standard text box and you can type the new address into that box. If it is a text box, every style template that is used will need to be corrected with the new address. If you click on the address and the top left box says "Firm Info," the style is getting the address from Orion and the address will need to be changed in the Orion Administration Program. See the article "Changing your Firm Address in Orion Admin."Be careful after changing the address to make sure the address still looks all right in the styles.
