Change in Rates for User

"I changed an attorney's hourly rate and back dated the effective date to the first of the month.  How can I recalculate existing unbilled fee transactions using the new dollar amount attached to the rate?"

Go into File Maintenance and choose TOOLS, Manage Users and call up the Timekeeper in Question.  Access the Rates Tab and highlight the Rate Code you changed.  Choose TOOLS, Rates, Update WIP for Selected Rates.  Enter the date to begin the recalculation and click OK. Any unbilled transaction entered with the specific Rate Code and dated on or after the date you have entered will be recalculated.
