Auto Applying RAPs/TAPs

You are not doing anything wrong. You are receiving this error because the RAP/TAP is higher than the amount of the bill Fees/Costs/Expenses for the current invoice. Gross Receipts Tax is not calculated until the actual bill is generated. Auto Apply will not work in this scenario.

Enter the RAP/TAP through AR Manager and save it (make sure it has a date on or before the invoice date so it shows on the invoice). In Billing Manager, generate and post your Invoice. Go back into AR Manager and apply and post the RAP/TAP.
