Address Too Large to Fit in Orion Administration System Firm Settings and 1099 Cuts Off Firm Name

You can check using the Orion Administration program on the Firm Information and Licenses tab under System Settings to see if the full firm name and address is listed in the field. It should be there if it is possible to fit it.

If you do see that the full firm name is there, then you need to double check the 1099 style itself you are using and possibly edit it and make the address field larger.

If the firm name won't fit in the field on the Firm Information and Licenses tab under System Settings, you will need to edit your 1099 style, add a text field instead of the firm name variable that is currently used, and type in the firm name. 

This essentially "hard codes" the firm name and address into the form as a user typed text field.

You may need to right click on the 1099 style in the Reporting System under the Journals and Registers folder, select Add to Firm, go to the Site-Defined tab, and edit the copy of the 1099 style there (if it is not already listed there).
