Automatically Signing Checks

  • Updated

The Orion Check Styler Program allows for threshold logic to be embedded into a check format such that when a check is printed the system can print (or not print) a scanned signature on the check based on a threshold dollar amount. For instance, if you want to auto sign all checks under $100.00, printing logic can be placed into the check format itself that will print the scanned signature based on the total check amount. On checks over $100.00 the system would not print the signature.  Auto signing of checks is very specific to each firm's requirements.

Orion provides services to set up these types of check formats for firms. Please Contact Orion with your firm's particular requirements.
