"Are the notes accessed on the Billing General Tab via the Additional Matter Information button searchable in conflicts?"

No, that particular information field is not searchable. You have the following fields listed here that are in the Conflict Search window in the lower left that are searchable: Name, Employer, DBA/AKA, Relationship, Client-Matter, Client Name, Matter Name, Notes, and System Notes. System Notes corresponds to the data that is input on the Additional Matter Description field on the General Tab on the Matter. The Notes field corresponds to the notes that are associated with a related party and how it relates to a case that is normally keyed in at the time of intake.
