What is the Purge Search History option in Conflicts?

The Purge Search History option simply removes the records of the searches performed in Conflicts through to the date you specify. Orion displays who does a search, any hits, and the words searched on the screen.  The history is not a record of results found by the search but instead a record of the search performed.  It is meant to be a record of who is performing searches for the firm, if they were done and if "any" hits were found.  The Purge History option just allows you to remove the “Search History” records through to a certain point.  We recommend you keep the Search history for a minimum of one month.
