Using GL Location Code without Using Location Code on Matters

Yes - you can use the GL Location Code feature without turning on Location Codes in the Time and Billing module. However, you cannot turn on this GL Location Code without a conversion of your existing GL files. If you want to start using the GL Location Code, please contact Orion Support and we will provide a quote and schedule a time to get it set up for you.

IMPORTANT - NEVER change your GL account numbering scheme (length of numbers) without first contacting Orion Support.
