View Column Settings

This section controls what fields the User will have available when in Contacts, Matters or Events.  The User can access these fields when the User is in one of the mentioned modules by right clicking in the grid and dragging the fields to the top of the grid.  You only want to check the ones that you think will be helpful in the grid as all the information will be loaded for all Contacts or Matters if the Users have added all those columns, and the loading thus slows down performance.
