Unable to Start a New Client Intake

Most likely the last time you had up the Client Intake Form, it got saved off screen. To resolve this, start a new Client Intake.  Give the system a second or two and then hit SHIFT+CTRL+ALT+C.  This will cascade all open Orion Forms and you should now see the Intake Form on the left of your monitor.  Note that this will not work if you have not already clicked on New Client Intake (so that the form is open in the background).
