This is usually set to a very high number, so you would not notice this unless you are attempting to display a very large number of records on the detail screen. You may change the number of records that Orion displays by going to Tools > Maximum Records. This may increase the load/refresh time of the screen if you leave it a very high number. It would be unusual for an individual User to run into this issue. It would be more likely to occur on a firmwide inquiry by an administrator where you are attempting to display on screen history for a very long period. Nothing is wrong with your data, it is simply the setting for the number of records displayed. The default number of records is normally set to 1000 records on the User's workstation.
