Smart Timers

Yes, you may have a Smart Timer running at the same time an User keys fees for you in Orion. The two do not conflict and it is perfectly acceptable to do.  As fees are being input, whether from the Smart Timer (when you click on Bill Time and save the fee) or entered directly into Time Manager, they will display on your grid. The totals will be displayed on the calendar itself. You will always want to double check your Fee Entries in Time Manager, as they are being input, to prevent errors or duplications regardless of how they were originally entered.
