Subset Search option not available in Records Management

There are 2 reasons the “Search is a Subset of a Previous Search” option may not be accessible.


1.  There must be results from a previous search displayed in the Records Management grid.  The Subset option will not work on an initial search,


2.  The results displayed in the Records Management grid are the result of a Batch Search.  The Subset Search feature is not available on results of a Batch Search.
