Separating Out Expense Income (Cash Basis)

No.  Orion will hit only one Expense Income account when expenses are paid by a Client.  You will need to make an adjusting journal entry every month to separate out Expense Income into your desired classifications.  You can get the appropriate numbers you need for this adjusting journal entry by running the Paid Disbursements Analysis for that month.  Choose to run the report for Expenses Only and choose a summary by Billing Code.  Once the report has been run, enter your adjusting journal entry to debit Expense Income and credit the "new" account using the amounts shown for the appropriate codes.
